Order Changes and Cancellations – Lunarelle

At Lunarelle, we understand that circumstances may change shortly after placing an order. To accommodate our valued customers, we offer a limited window during which orders may be modified or canceled.

Order Modification and Cancellation Window
You have up to 6 hours from the time of purchase to request any changes to, or cancellation of, your order.
After this 6-hour period, your order may have already entered the production or shipping process, at which point modifications or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission to ensure all details are accurate.

How to Submit a Change or Cancellation Request
To request an order update or cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible within the 6-hour window.

Your full name

Your order number

A detailed description of the changes or cancellation you wish to make

Prompt communication is essential to ensure we can accommodate your request before your order progresses to fulfillment.

If the Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched from our facilities, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it.
In this case, we kindly ask that you wait for the delivery of your order and then follow the procedures outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy should you wish to initiate a return or exchange.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is received and approved within the permitted timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment method.
