At Lunarelle, we are committed to providing excellent service — including ensuring the safety and traceability of your shipment. All orders are assigned a tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor your order’s status.
International Standard Shipping
We use International Priority Postal Service at a reasonable cost, offering two shipping options:
Standard Delivery:
Order processing time: 2–3 business days
Delivery time: 13–16 business days
Express Delivery:
Delivery time: 7–10 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays)
Note: Specific delivery times are not guaranteed due to geographical distance and international customs clearance processes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to easily monitor the shipping process.
In certain cases, depending on the total order value, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and has left our warehouse, Lunarelle cannot be held responsible for any issues arising during international shipping, such as delays, loss, or customs clearance handling.
However, we are always ready to assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier should any problems occur during transit.
